Gladys Herminia Morales Guevara
Global Head of Innovation (IFAD)

Gladys H. Morales leads the design and implementation of innovation initiatives and partnerships that positively impact poor rural people. She is also the Regional Ambassador in Italy of the Global Blockchain Business Council.
She is a graduate from the Executive Program on Digital Business Leadership at Columbia Business School. Has a Master of Science in Development Economics and International Cooperation from University of Rome, Tor Vergata, and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service and International Economics from Georgetown University.

Tommaso Ghidini
Head of the Mechanical Department (ESA)

After obtaining a Ph.D. at the German Aerospace Centre in experimental and numerical structural mechanics and before joining ESA, Dr Ghidini has worked for AIRBUS on all major civil and military programmes of the European aeronautical industry. He has received a number of international awards for major aerospace industrial achievements and developments, he is Adjunct Professor at the Politecnico of Milano and sits in the Advisory Boards of leading research centres, universities and private companies in Europe and the U. S.
Parallel to his institutional activities, Dr Ghidini cultivates his passion for flying, he flies aircraft and gliders and he is an award winning author of science divulgation books.
Since November 2023, Dr Ghidini has been appointed Officer of the Selected Reserve of the Air Force with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel of the Aeronautical Engineering Corps.

Joan Da Silva
Unreal Engine Strategy Advisor (EPIC GAMES)

After his studies in Visual Arts, Joan Da Silva founded in 1997 the creative studio Artepict, a pioneer company in animation and online video games. He then worked for the major players in the gaming industry, notably as a Producer for Ubisoft before becoming the Creative Director of the Finnish publisher Rovio, the creator of Angry Birds. Convinced that creative teams must constantly strive for innovation, he joined the French-Japanese group, SoftBank Robotics, in 2014 as Director of content and designs.
He then focused on education, first as the director of two of the major Digital Arts Schools in France, LISAA in Paris and then ARTFX in Montpellier.
He's now the Education Advisor for Epic Games helping the creative industries in the adoption of Real Time Technologies.
